USPS regular ground shipping on all U.S. orders.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at: hello@mxmboutique.com we are not  responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages, once package is shipped out and out of our control.

When will my order ship?

MXM Boutique's shipping department is open Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., we do not ship during holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. *Please note that all ground shipments are not guaranteed on a specific date.

MXM BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by USPS tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
