Exchange/Return Policy:

Our exchange policy is as follows:

No returns are accepted, nor refunds issued. We only honor exchanges on FULL price merchandise, if a promo/ discount code was applied it is a FINAL SALE, if the item was on sale it is a FINAL SALE. No Exceptions. Exchanges are welcomed within 15 days of item received date (based on USPS tracking number). Items must have ALL tags intact and must be unworn, unwashed, in new resell-able condition, and it must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by customer should customer want to exchange an item. All items purchased on sale or with a discount are FINAL SALE, no exceptions. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages, once package is shipped out.

 

Shipping
To exchange your merchandise, you will need to pay for return shipping. mail to: MXM Boutique 1720 sw 86 Ave, Miami, FL, 33155. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not arrive to us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages, once package is shipped out and out of our control.
